Memory Map

I have been using Memory Map 2015 version. Over the years I have made many notes on Bothy, good and bad river crossing, wild camp sites, good and bad trails, good pubs etc. Not to mention my previous routes.

I am thinking of getting a newer version but I am reluctant to lose all the information I have recorded over the years.

Will I be able to import or copy this into the new version?

All ready for May. Not that far away now! Jan 01 is my official start date for training!

Thanks

Re: Memory Map

Hi William!
We have recently updated and use both versions, there is no need to lose the old version, the new version is in addition to and doesn't over-write the old version, if you see what I mean, so they can be used alongside.

Re: Memory Map

Thanks very much Louise. Just the answer I was hoping for

Hope to see you in May.

Re: Memory Map

My pleasure William.
Fingers crossed for May! Bring the weather with you please 😁

Re: Memory Map

Looking forward to meeting people again in May - and nice weather would be great if you could arrange to bring it with you - not too hot please William!

Re: Memory Map

Me too Lindy, I can't wait - it's been too long!

Re: Memory Map

I have put in the order with the weather maker. But he over supplied me in July on the Wainwright Coast to Coast.

But it is called a challenge so we need a bit of rain to make it interesting! And besides I just replaced my 7 year old tent.

I wish every one a happy 2022 and hope we get back to the good old days when we can have social intercourse.
