Blisters, bogs and bothies (probably not) - Round 2

As if the first week of TGOC2012 wasn't enough to put anyone off, I find myself on the list for another crossing in '21 :the_horns:

Looking forward to seeing some familiar faces and meeting new ones along the way, socially distanced of course. What with everything going on it's going to be a very different vibe I expect, perhaps even more of an adventure without the honey pot attractions.


Is anyone organising a TGO logo face mask group buy? :mask:

Oh yes ,2012 was the culmination of fighting poor weather conditions and became my last of 6 crossings . Was that the hurricane year ( or 2010 ) my previous crossing . Luckily i never failed to make it , but came very close on my first ( 2006) by carrying too much weight ! and as a result suffered blisters . Best of luck and success for next year . bill howden .

Stormy Monday was 2011,the year of the hurricane, my first, unforgettable Challenge. Stormy Sunday was 2012 was very, very wet.
