I have a first-timer question. We have submitted our route beginning of December and have not heard anything about it so far. Is this a normal timeframe?
I'm just a bit curious and nervous about the planning and hope that everything is working :)

Did you get an email from Sue and Ali to say they had received it? If not, get in touch again. They usually acknowledge receipt straight away, and then vetting takes two or three weeks, depending.
You can get in touch with them with any queries, they are lovely 😁

They just replied via mail to this posting. It seems we haven't received the result of the vetting so they have resend it. I might need to check my spam folder on why we haven't received it.

But all is well now :)
