There is snow forecast at the weekend...

Thanks Louise. I saw that in the long range forecast, but was hoping any fresh stuff would be thin on the ground and be gone in a few days.

There doesn't seem to be a massive amount in general.

Went through Knoydart 10th-12th April on the CWT, did Luinne Bheinn, no snow at all.

It's been warm and dry for weeks with litte snow left. Currently in the North Highlands wind from the north and sleet and hail at sea level. Basically, unpredictable as to what it'll be like in a week's time.

Thanks to TGOC we always lamb early so I can go away without worrying and our last one was born a week ago. Very sorry for my neighbours who started last week and are in the thick of it.

They call it "the lambing snows" here.
