I was up near Aviemore, delivering food parcels for the Challenge (for myself and walking companion only, NOT all and sundry), and called in at the Laggan Coffee shop. One of the new owners told me that they won't have any store goods for sale this year eg pasta etc.. They will be open for the whole week of the Challenge 'train' going past, but only have the usual cafe menu and chocolate,crisps, etc.. There will be plenty of wood for the log burning stove though - just in case.
