Last month a massive landslip destroyed a 1km section of the minor road in Glen Garry near the eastern end of Loch Quoich that gives access to Kinloch Hourn. It is a major engineering job to reinstate the road and the work may not be completed before May. A temporary ATV track has been created so those walking the road by Loch Quoich should not be restricted but there may be heavy plant vehicles in the area.
