I assume that most challengers who finish their crossing at Lunan Bay, Red Castle or Ethie Main dip their boots in the oggin and then head off up the road to Montrose but if it is of any use to anyone....the folks who run the ever popular café at Lunan Bay (pulled pork butties recommended) have taken over the big house and now offer camping, a bunkhouse and nice looking B&B accommodation as well as a bar & restaurant.
If it is as good as the café it will be very comfortable.
