Looking at FWR for Carnoch if I can’t cross can I follow back up to the run at NM 88400 99310, or up to Mam Barrisdale to Loch Cruadhach > Coir nan Gall >join track for Altt Coire na Ciche.

I'm sure you've probably spotted it, but there's a footbridge marked on my current 1:25K map, at NM866965 just by Carnoch.

This bridge has been remove this is my problem if the river is in spate ,and can’t get across
