We camped in Kinnaird Castle grounds, with permission from Charles Gow the estate manager. Very helpful and obliging.
Also contact Jan Mcinyre for more helpful advice.

A couple of years ago, I went into Kinnaird Park from the road at NO 614 588 and was encouraged by estate staff wishing me a good morning. I was rather surprised to see the huge gates at the main entrance and went down another driveway to meet the road at NO 639 564. I then went down a track to follow the path along the disused railway, which ended up saving me a bit of road walking.
