I've never been there but apparently there is a place in Ballachulish that sells camping stuff and hardware http://www.toolsandtackle.co.uk/

If you are going through Kinlochleven you should be able to get gas in the Ice Factor shop.

I happen to be working with Andy Nelson who runs the Glencoe MRT and lives in Glencoe village. He reckons that Fort William would be the nearest to get that type of cannister and that Ice Factor is unlikely to have it. Still might be worth trying some of the little supermarkets.
