Any information re: the campsite at Montrose? Last I heard it was still in the hands of the council.

Yes its run by the council, we stayed there last year at the end of the challenge as with many other challengers.
Probably beat to book in advance.

I tried to make a booking there yesterday over the phone but they could only take a provisional booking and not a full one. I'm going to try again an a couple of months time.

Thought I would try to book well in advance, due to other events on in Montrose at the same time. Might leave it until March and hope for the best.
