Using Routebuddy - are there any 'getting started' video tutorials

I have seen Andy Howells fantastic YouTube videos - but these all seem to assume Routebuddy is loaded with maps and ready to go. There are some online PDF manuals but if I can watch something I'd prefer that. i am a Mac user and TGOC newby and just about to get down to the dirty business of route planning...all help gratefully received.
