Just thought I'd post about a 2nd example of very good service from this excellent company.

They have replaced both grips on my Trail Blaze poles for less than a tenner each. A previous repair of one pole after I managed to snap it in half a few years back was also dealt with cheaply.

Check 'em out, a good British company.

I had similar excellent service from them a few years ago, and love my current Mountain King carbon poles - they weigh just 200g each and have extended grips so I rarely need to adjust length on the move.
