Is this the fastest moving standby list ever? Any particular reason?

At this rate of attrition, I'm beginning to wonder if I'll be alone on the west coast in May, starting a solitary stravaig, ending up at The Park to find a lone certificate left at reception for collection.

This year there are a very high number of first time challengers, hopefully they haven't found it too daunting or time consuming to prepare and submit a route in time. I know on my first TGO I worried endlessly about whether I had enough experience or what the vetters would think of my route.
