Glad you included butteries Ian - I only came across them in 2015 - packed with energy and indestructible.
Has anyone been able to find them any further west than Braemar Coopy?

All very good Ian but how could you miss out the ultimate walking food. I of course refer to shortbread.

Ian, why no mention of the black puddin's pale and ghostly avatar, the elusive white pudding. I'm assured by my many east coast friends that those found east of the A9 receive the top grading-not too bad.

And then there's the Arbroath smokie ...
