Monadhliath - what have I been missing ?

So far I've pretty much avoided the Monadhliath, put off to a degree by photo's of bulldozed tracks, wind farms and endless miles of peat. I'll be honest, I normally prefer the high peaks, corries and ridges in other areas. But I must be missing something, so many people really rate the range, and I do enjoy a sense of isolation. So for those who've taken routes through here, what made it special, and what were the highlights?

We're not telling you ... if you're so intrigued, go find out for yourself. You won't regret it. So many of us can't be wrong

I agree with Jeremy. You won't be disappointed, it's a wonderful wilderness and not difficult to avoid the new 'roads'.
