Re: Blisters - tip

I always suffered with blisters between my toes until I started wearing Ingini Toe Socks. Brilliant. Wear the liner toe socks under your normal walking socks. Stops the toes rubbing together. I also use zinc oxide tape on my heels if they start to feel "hot".

Re: Blisters - tip

As an alternative to micropore, Moleskin works a treat on heels, or places where there is a lot of friction. Micropore tends to keel over at the first drop of water. It's good for day trips, but on longer walks zinc oxide takes some beating. I buy 5m by 5cm rolls and splash it all over the front of my feet before I start walking.

This is the stuff - a pack of 12 works out at c£2.50 a roll.
