Re: This time next week I shall be.....

Lunch in a pub, I hope, before dragging my sorry carcase up and over a bealach and through peat hags and bog to my next beautiful (...please...) wild camp. Would say where, except I can't spell any of it...

Re: This time next week I shall be.....

Walk the Corbetts on the eastern side of Loch Shiel, in sunshine ofcourse.

Re: This time next week I shall be.....

Skirting the south shore of the Orrin Reservoir, making for Beauly.

The very best to all Challengers. Fair winds and bright sunshine to you all.

Re: This time next week I shall be.....

Face down in a bog, weeping and calling for my mother ...

Re: This time next week I shall be.....

Sitting on Phil's back - Kind of him to provide a chair in the middle of a bog. The Highlands could do with more benches.

Re: This time next week I shall be.....

Re: This time next week I shall be.....

... drinking beer in Invergarry!

Re: This time next week I shall be.....

I my tent drinking a single Islay malt, chilling to some Blues Music, after grabbing a meal in a hotel on route, somewhere along the Fyne.
Next day, Ben Lui.
Then it gets well 'ard for about 6 days....

Re: This time next week I shall be.....

By this time Monday tucked up in my tent - I hope somewhere near the Beinn Achaladair/Beinn a'Chreachain ridge if the weather is kind. (If it's not, somewhere near the magical, mythical Tigh nam Bodach).

Re: This time next week I shall be.....

Looking and smelling my dads horribe farts and habits!!
