Is there a favoured eating/watering hole in Mallaig for the Thursday evening?
Very good question; one I don't know the answer to but would like to too.
Have a hazy memory of a pre challenge evening spent in the Chlachain Inn, followed by a wonderful view across to Skye with the Cuillins silhouetted by a setting sun from a handy camping spot near the transmitter at NM 6750 9652.
(The hazy memory was thanks to an over indulgence of Orkney Dark Island which was slipping down a treat
