For many small businesses in the Highlands, even a small decline in tourist numbers could tip them into closing. The responses to Caplich application show that many who visit the Highlands for the scenery will start to avoid areas with wind farms and possibly avoid Scotland altogether. Quite frankly, this is insanity on a mammoth scale.
