Re: Summarise your route in 100 words or less

... and is that something to be proud of?..

Re: Summarise your route in 100 words or less

In a hundred words OR FEWER:

The great apprehension, fun, fine company, great wetness, wonderful solitude, cold wind, soggy ground, grass in my tea, more fun, C&W , even more wetness, old friends, new friends, memories, reflections, sunburn, wet feet, a crap chicken dinner with even crappier fizzy beer, kisses from Sue & Ali....and a very lonely train journey home.

Yes, anon - if you're going to raise the question, the answer is that I believe it is.

It shows that when the best laid plans have ganged awry, as they are wont to do, my FWAs have proved sound; and on occasions when things have gone so far awry as to make on-the-hoof improvisation necessary, I have managed to pull it all back together.
