I use QUO 2 as well and have never figured this out.
But it would be useful to know.
I have to go to the paper maps to work it out.

I have a paper copy of what Andrew posted a link to, 1:50,000 on one side, 1:25,000 on the other. Really useful. Or when I can't find that, the same chart can be found at any OS map stockist online.

I just went to the OS website & looked at the area covered by each sheet, a bit bit of a chore but it works.

In fact I simply bookmarked the link that another Challenger gave on here quite a few years ago. I'm a bit of a hoarder of good advice. Mind you, I've hoarded quite a lot of bad advice over the years as well, (it's fascinating to see who provided it!) but I try not to pass that on.
