Lindy's story: TGOC14

Hello to all of you who helped to make this year's TGO Challenge such a fabulous event.

Biggest thanks have to go to the organisers and the various groups of 'Challenge angels' met in different locations.

On my crossing I kept a note of who I chatted with by marking off your names on my 'Participants List'. My little blue pencil was very busy this year keeping a record of all 115 of you! The camaraderie is the best part of the Challenge, closely followed by the sense of achievement I get from pitting myself against the elements and all those lumpy bits they call Scotland.

Here is my story (and a scattering of pictures too)

I wonder if next year (fingers crossed of course) I can chat with MORE than 115 of you?

Re: Lindy's story: TGOC14

Enjoyed reading that.

Re: Lindy's story: TGOC14

Ha! That's bizarre. I literally looked at your blog a couple of hours ago to see if your write up was up. It is now! I'm on my way...

Re: Lindy's story: TGOC14

Hi Lindy, nice to see your blog, it gave me nice memories of doing that route a while back but I never did get a view from the top of Jocks Road!Nice memories also of this year's challenge.
All the best for next year!
