How do I sum up TGOC14? It was a fabulous crossing, truly earning the title 'Challenge'.
Many thanks to all who contributed their hard work, enthusiastic support and smiles - be it organisers, challengers I met or supporters en route and from home. I have 'Ticked off' 115 people on my Challenge participants list - so spoke with at least that many of you during the crossing - and I probably forgot to note a few people along the way.
I shall sort out my pictures over the next few days, so If I promised you copies they should arrive this week.
Oh, and thanks to David Wishart for his idea about adapting an old tent inner into a Trailstar nest - found my old Vango Banshee inner fits very well with a few adaptations.
And sitting here at my desk contemplating a return to 'normal life' what is the first thing I have done this morning? I have found the countdown clock for TGOC2015 and put it on my toolbar! Here it is if you have not got it yet!
