Any Glaswegians out there who can give me approx travel time
by taxi from city airport to Anniesland coach stop about 9.45_am? Plane lands at 9.25am,coach leaves Buchanan St.
10.00am Anniesland 10.10.any feedback

Hi Norm,

If there are no hold ups it should be O.K. bus doesn't get to Anniesland until 10:19. The problem is you have no room for any delay what so ever.

I hate to introduce a dyspeptic tone after Ian C's sunny response; but you could still be waiting for your bag to appear in the arrivals hall at 10.00. The rank taxis at the airport aren't Glasgow hacks and might struggle to identify the right bus stop at Anniesland Cross. I'd think of giving it more time, earlier plane, later coach, sleeper train, taxi across the Erskine Bridge to Bowling or Dumbuck for bus link-up. Taxi could be costly, but hey Stormin', you're minted, innit!
