Ron & Joan were stalwarts on the Challenge scene for many years. He had the driest sense of humour of anyone I have ever met. Never a nasty word about anyone and the gentlest of manners. A lovely man. Avril & I send our deepest sympathies to Joan and family.

So sorry to hear this. I met Ron on one of the Challenges and thought him a great guy.
I have his signed book which is an excellent read - "Heading North on a By-Pass". I recommend it if it is still available.
