Re: Tarfside

Mr Sloman. I just knew the first reply would be from yourself.

Hope your well by the way. Will we be seeing you there at the Masons this year?

Re: Tarfside

I will answer for Team Slogan.
At present, for the first time in many a year, our route will not include Tarfside.

But......

Re: Tarfside

Hi Stuart.

I'm fine, thank you.

Andy: But me no buts! We will definitely be camped up in splendid isolation on an airy perch that particular evening, supping fine sloe gins that you'll have lugged all the way from Braemar!

Tarfside, indeed....

Re: Tarfside

The saintly ladies of St. Drostan's are always glad to see visitors, especially any good-looking ex-Challengers. The Tuesday does get rather hectic, with 4 or more sittings for evening meals. Priority of course goes to Challengers and others might have to eat with the staff at the end. As Keith Leonard knows, producing a bottle of gin and something peaty for the janitorial squad keeps everyone calm.

I do hope I am not going to be the only one lugging copious amount of beverage to out secluded camping spot.
