The TGO challenge of 1999 formed part of a much longer walk for me. It was the second leg of a 700-mile stravaig from Cape Wrath to Edale.

On my return I wrote a book describing the adventure and, in particular, that year’s Challenge. The book recently became available on Amazon as an e-book and has already sold the magic number of 99 copies. It has had superb reviews and will be of interest, I know, to many challengers – especially newbies.
