Anyone who is planning to walk through Appin and use the Jubilee Bridge to get to the cycle track (NM927466)might be interested in this. There is a notice on the bridge which says it is closed for repairs, but it is not blocked off. Repairs/refurbishment will be carried out this summer but sign has gone up so that anyone using it does so at their own risk. If you prefer not to use it, you can continue down the road to Appin village and pick up the cycle track there. One of the supports on the bridge is a bit undermined and some boards on the walkway are broken, so its up to you.
