I'm really sorry for the person who had to pull out early in the week...honest



Anyone know of a good spot to pitch up in Glen Moriston between Ceannacroc Lodge and Torgyle Bridge.

Have submitted route sheet assuming somewhere around the Allt an Eoin (NH 250112) but thought the 10,000 years plus of accumulated wisdom worthy of consulting.

If we meet up en route you'll find out why I'm Mr. Grumpy; and Mrs. Grumpy is still on crutches!

Not sure if it would help, maybe a bit off your track but I found a wee ledge just before Dundreggan, grid NH310 139 last September. You would have to go up into the first bit of the pylon works then drop down to the little track, that's the way I came as I was coming over from Glen Affric. The end of the track near the lodge is locked so don't attempt to get to the road that way but I imagine that was why the track was nice and quiet. Not completely flat but then what is!

A few years back we managed to pitch up around NH 266 131.
Mind you that was in 2006.
