I wasn't at all impressed with the bunkhouse at the hotel - noisy, draughty and poor facilities.
Probably good that it's shut.

I stayed at the Hotel bunkhouse when I was doing the W Highland Way a few years ago, and hated it so much that I set off at 5.30, as soon as I woke up, the next morning. Rooms were tiny, so crowded you couldn't manage your gear properly, and there wasn't even a kettle in the building. Sat on the stairs outside my room to get ready, then walked off to get my breakfast on the hill.

When ever I'm in Bridge of Orchy I camp on the far side of the bridge from the hotel. Having given both of the bunkhouses a try I think camping is the best option.

Hi Jaya,

Bridge of Orchy Hotel bunkhouse has been demolished is spite of still being on their website. Station bunkhouse is tiny and very cramped.
As previously said, thre are a few campspots close to the hotel so you can still get a meal.
