Just received word from Challenge Control maestro Robin Woodger that the Dunalastair Hotel in Kinloch Rannoch is closed and in the hands of an adminstrator.

That's not to say it won't be open in May but those planning routes in that direction with an eye on a bed night should plan accordingly.

Bunrannoch House (in Kinloch Rannoch) was superb last year. Ben and Rita have refurbished all the rooms and the food was excellent, they also have a well stocked bar.
