The docs – the Route Sheet, Event Details & Planning Notes, Admin Form, Spring Gathering form and an explanation of the revised Standby List system – should all be available soon from the Resources page (see link above).

Please don't be tempted to use the 2012 Route Sheet, as the 2013 version has been reformatted slightly.

Your letters have arrived a day earlier than expected so for once we're playing catch-up with the Royal Mail!

The docs aren't available yet for which I apologise – Newsquest's obviously up to its ears in getting a magazine out or something.

Please be patient though, it's very early days!
