Beinneun Wind Farm

Yesterday, Fergus Ewing, the Scottish Minister for Tourism (oh, he's also the Minister for Energy as well) approved the Beinneun Wind farm, which will be just to the north east of the Tomdoun Hotel.

It will link up with the existing Millenium wind farm, creating a wind farm six miles long along the ridge overlooking Loch Garry.

Re: Beinneun Wind Farm

Oh no, that's terrible. I don't know how they are getting away with it. Purely by chance, my next year's route (if I get on) goes along this ridge, camping partway.

Re: Beinneun Wind Farm

Maybe the Challenge should move to the Pyrenees.
