I've ticked "The Big One".

Hi to everyone who attended the reunion. Thanks to Issy and Les - a great night. Best wishes to Janet - I won't say anymore.

Yes the weather was nice on Friday and Saturday, but Sunday was ssoooo different. Mist and rain on the bottom and a BLIZZARD on the top (6-8 ins of snow). I left the Alex at 10.15 and topped out at 14.15. Spent 10 mins on top, then straight back down. Fingers numb cos I took gloves off to take a photo. (Visibility about 50 feet). 30+ people coming down, only me and another couple on way up. Got back to Alex 17.30. So elated that I did it, glad I didn't turn back. Have to it again when weather is better.

Well done Diane, given the weather on Sunday I didn't think you would make it this time either. You will definitely have to go up on a good day for the views. Great to meet you at Re-Union and hope to catch up again soon.
