Re: The end is nigh!

I've just arrived home after having a ball for the last two weeks - probably my most enjoyable Challenge.
I don't think I stopped laughing all the way across .....even when my boots filled with much of the contents of Glas Allt Mor. The trench foot has cleared up now.

My commiserations to those who had to drop out - especially those who have become friends over the years, but my thanks go to EVERYONE!

JJ

Re: The end is nigh!

Mr Grumpy
Well that's about it for another year. We are looking forward to the reports which will be posted over the next few weeks and to JMs final details. Don't forget to post here when your report is up and running as we don't all religiously follow your blogs etc.
Well done to all those who finished, especially first timers, and commiserations to those 50+ who didn't.

Not only the reports of the ones that finished the Challenge but also the reports of those who had to abandon the Challenge. We can all learn from the little mistakes made, like never to trust a lull in the wind. Once you start doing that there's a slight possibility you have to run uphill to catch your tent.

Re: The end is nigh!

Thanks for the advice, Theo.....!!
