Last year was a `game of two halves` first the delight of completing my 2nd Challenge and then the frightening reality of being told my wife had cancer.

Just so you know I have had to withdraw from this years challenge, I had a text message from my daughter telling me my wife had been taken into hospital and could I get home ASAP.
She was admitted with renal failure but is responding to treatment.
