TBH, I use my ADC mainly to monitor temp, air pressure and altitude as as a back up clock, timer and alarm. Measuring the wind is fun, if only to make you realise wind speed is always a lot lower than you think. The ADC also has a rudimentary backup compass if you are really desperate.
