Well sadly, even though I have an Exos 46, I have only ever used the inside sleeve for hydration, not actually considering the little zippy bit that takes you into the No Mans land between the pack and the frame.
BUT, now that the subject has come up.
THIS is the info on the Osprey site, and it DOES NOT mention an outer hydration chamber.
