How to Enter  
At least 6 club members required to take part across 3 RUN Sunderland events
• At least 1 runner in the Marthon and 4 runners to enter the 10K, one of which must be a female,
• At least one child taking part in the Sunderland Echo Junior Run on May 5th
• Cumulative Club time will include first junior athlete home in the Sunderland Echo Junior Run, first four runners home, including at least one woman, in the redspottedhanky.com Sunderland City 10K and first runner home in the redspottedhanky.com Marathon of the North
• Lowest cumulative time wins the ‘Run Sunderland Club Champion’ title

NB: RUNNERS MUST state the name of the athletic club to be part of the challenge, we are unable to include runners who inform the organisers on the day of the event. The registration form allows you to state the club name on entry.
