My name is Rebecca Tomlinson, I work for the sports event company known as Xtra Mile Events. The reason why I am contacting the Airecentre Pacersis due to an event coming up quite soon, known as the Leeds Xpress Triathlon. This is due to take place at the Leeds Grammar School on Sunday 31 July 2011. We are desperately looking for people to help marshal event, and contacted yourselves in the hope of perhaps being able to help in any way you can. We are needing to help with the event from the hours of 7am till 12pm.
In return I would be more than happy to provide them with a free place for another one of our events (this would be at the same entry price, if they decide they would like to take part in an event which is slightly more expensive we would discount them the amount for which it would have been to take part in the Leeds Xpress), or we would be more than happy to make a donation to the club or a charity of your choice.
We always provide food and drink, goody bags and t-shirts.
We would be grateful for the help to make the event enjoyable for participants.
