To set the default encoding as Big5, it works for me

我的是iPad ，到App Store 搜尋閱讀器，下載一個叫「傳傳」的app，然後用裡面的網路下載功能到這個網頁下載你要看的書，然後在把內碼改成繁體中文或其他編碼就可以看嚕
