Lack of info

Hi
I phoned two taxi firms today, explaining to both I was in a wheelcahir and would need help getting out of the house. Both said that would be no problem, when the driver arrived he said he could not help me.. I would have understood if when I phoned up they said they could not help due to insurance reasons. It aint any fun being stuck in my house with one leg!!

Someone I know had a very similar problem recently.

They really should be clear and sort it out before they agree to arrive.

Used A 2 B today, very pleasant driver and got me out and in the house. Thank You to A 2 B
