Thank you for those old photographs, I remember the first one of Cromptons works, my Grandfather worked there in the 1940s 50s, and that was where I stood waiting for the Standarwicks/Ribble coach on a Friday night on my way to attend the Farnborough Air Show in the late 1950s. Do you know when the first two were taken, I have tried to visualize where it was in my time.
