Re: Public Bonfires/Firework Displays

I'd like some info too!
Doesn't seem to be a lot around these days. Always used to enjoy the Haydock Park event. Lately I've been up to Rainford for theirs. Not exactly local.

Re: Public Bonfires/Firework Displays

Hingemakers Pub usually have a good bonfire - last year they had a wagon doing catering too (hot dogs, burgers, bacon barms etc). It was good.

I don't know if they are doing it again this year it might be worth asking them?

Re: Public Bonfires/Firework Displays

Thanks Karin. I just enquired at The Hingemakers and they are indeed having a bonfire etc on 5 November, to be lit -the lady said- around 6.30/7.00 pm. She also expected that the burger van would be there as in previous years.
