Or may be turn the Rockleigh into a new Medical Centre ?

The site of the Town Hall is too small and has no car parking facilities for a Medical Centre, whereas the Rockleigh is a massive site with loads of car parking at the rear.

Why not use the old police station site again plenty of parking space around it

Apparently the reason they discounted the police station is because of the lack of parking space.
