How is he an idiot? You're all just close minded people with no lives. It's completely legal, you don't need a license, and as long as you're a certain number of yards away from a public footpath then the police can't do anything because no law is being broken. And as for 'he should be sent into the army for 10 years', he's been there, done that, got the t-shirt.
