hiya Julian

of course; laughter is the bestest medicine of all time !!!

trust me, after being in and out of hospital over these last three years; if it was given on prescription i'd snatch it outta their hands!

if you cant laugh at yourself - whatever predicament you are in - you may well not laugh at all.

it has been my sense of humour that has kept me and my family going. so, im sure if you can make lighthearted fun at yourself right now, you'll get there, i promise

rent a comical video, (oop's its DVD's now innit?) pour yourself a beer, sit back and watch. that should get you in the mood for a good ol raucous laff :OD

Hi Julien
22 years ago I went into Leigh Hospital like Adelle it was for cancer. I came round put my hand between my legs and said, the swines, they have taken it away.
I lost a stone in an hour, that's some slimming. Anyway the joke we cracked in Christie's, a man walks into a bar and says to another man, here is a way to get some money, bet everyone a pound that between us we have five balls. The second man replies, why have you FOUR.
Black humour Julien is sometimes the best.
Keep laughing pal
Alan
