Beat it Team

During the week beginning the 16th July Wigan Council's Beat it Team will be in Ashton to clean up grot spots.

So if you know of any area that needs cleaning up please contact me by e-mail - N.Ash@wiganmbc.gov.uk or phone 736216 or just post it on this site.

The strip of grass along the fence across from the triangle snooker club I noticed was full of litter and weeds. It's not a huge amount but it would improve things.

The area surrounding Stubshaw Cross labour club car park is FULL of litter.

Some clown has decided that the best place to dump an old wardrobe is in Millingford Brook over the bridge behind the police station on Old Rd.
