Lincoln Drive

I've noticed that some workmen are fencing off a section of land off Lincoln Drive. It's by the 'cut through' to Peter Street, opposite Ripon Drive. Any ideas what's going on?

im just fencing my land thats all making it look nice, no building work is being carried out, so dont worry,if you want to speak to me come and see me at 68 lincoln drive. thanx dave, xx
